Something is absent from my order.
This very rarely happens, but if it does on your order just contact us and we will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order.
If this is the case for what ever reason or a mistake has been made on the order, we can process this within 24 hours of you placing the order. Again reach out to us at info@pawtopawpets.co.uk. for us to refund, cancel or add to the order. After 24 hours of you placing the order it is likely that your order will have been dispatched and too late.
Can I put the bed inner in the washing machine.
We do not recommend this and suggest to wipe clean only and plump up when changing and washing the cover.
